you relax - we stretch

Guided Stretching

Our certified Stretch Therapist utilizes a proprietary technique to enhance flexibility, improve range of motion, increase circulation, manage pain, and improve posture. Unlike solo stretching, where an individual relies solely on their own efforts, assisted stretching involves the assistance of a Stretch Therapist who understands the subtle differences between tissues causing restrictions, giving you a better and more effective stretch.

  • The goal is to be comfortable and able to move as freely as possible. It is suggested to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes like t-shirts and athletic shorts or leggings, as they allow for easy movement and therapist access to the treatment area. Avoid restrictive items like jeans, tight collars, or bulky zippers. Layering is a good idea for adjusting to temperature changes, and comfortable athletic shoes or socks are recommended.

I was diagnosed with YOPD in 2019 and I struggle with dystonia. It can be extremely painful, even causing extended pain from the toll it takes on the affected muscles. Recently, it had gotten so bad that I was limping. I just could not get the muscles in my leg to completely relax. After the first 25-minute session, I saw improvement. By the fourth visit, I was completely pain-free and remain so today. So happy! - Tina in St. Clair County

After suffering for 15 years due to injuries sustained in a semi-truck accident, I have found great relief at the Stretch Center. My shoulder was at about 70% and now has nearly full motion. 15 years of back pain has nearly disappeared in just four months of treatment. I’ve gone from being hunched over to now being completely upright and able to walk a greater distance. I follow the guidance, maintain a regular appointment schedule, and live virtually pain-free! The Stretch Center has virtually changed my life!
